Criteria Focus
This criteria is about leveling the playing field or providing opportunities where none existed for an underserved or unserved population of learners.
All learners have a right to have access to educational technology and digital resources needed for learning regardless of race, ethnicity, socio-economic status, gender identity, sexuality, ability, primary language, or other specific learning factors.
